Counsel may comment on matters that arise during the providence inquiry
- This includes uncharged misconduct, if the evidence otherwise satisfies R.C.M. 1001(b)(4) and M.R.E. 403. United States v. Arceneaux , 21 M.J. 571 (A.C.M.R. 1985); United States v. Holt , 22 M.J. 553 (A.C.M.R. 1986).
