  2. The accused’s commander may order the accused into post-trial confinement. Theaccused’s commander may delegate to TC authority to order accused into post-trial confinement. RCM 1101(b)(2). Note: Summary Court Martial Officer (SCMO) may NOT order a servicemember into post-trial confinement.
