Background and Education
Alexandra is a founding partner of the firm. She has defended some of the most high profile war crime cases of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars and has been at the tip of the spear in defending military sexual assault cases.
Alexandra was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Bachelor of Arts degree and studied at the Université de Nantes, France.
She attended Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from which she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. At Temple, she successfully completed Temple’s Nationally ranked Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.
Alexandra is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, all state district and appellate courts, and all Military Trial Courts worldwide.

Mrs. Waddington practices in the areas of criminal defense, court martial defense, military law, mediation, military divorce, and family law.
Organizations and Affiliations
Mrs. Waddington is a member of the Georgia State and Augusta Bar Associations. She is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mrs. Waddington is tri-lingual. She is fluent in Spanish and English and has intermediate proficiency in French.
