Our criminal defense attorneys defend false accusations of rape, child abuse, and sexual assault under Article 120 UCMJ, 120b UCMJ, and 120c UCMJ.

Unlike most civilian court martial attorneys or your free military lawyer, pleading guilty is not something we do often. When we take a case, we compel the military to prove their case. We take just about every case to trial and fight the allegations in front of a panel.

Our military court martial victories speak for themselves. The accused service member and his or her well-being is our main concern. Our defense lawyers maintain smaller caseloads than the average free military attorney so that we can focus on each client on an individual basis. Your trial will not be outsourced to a third party and we will not power you into pleading guilty at the eleventh hour. Our court martial lawyers have contested military court martial and ADSEP cases in the United States and worldwide.

Kuwait is located on the western side of the Arabian Gulf, also known as the Persian Gulf. Kuwait occupies a slightly smaller area than New Jersey. It includes islands such as Al-Kubr, Maskan, Umm al-Nami,’Auha, Faylakah, Qaruh, Umm al-Maradim, Al-Warbah and Bubiyan. The topography of this country contains mud flats and flat rolling deserts. There are no permanent rivers and lakes. But some desert wadis are there where water is collected during rains.

The population of four million is divided into non-Arabs and Arabs. Non-Arabs consist of Pakistanis, Iranians, Filipinos and Indians. About 45% of the total population is Kuwaiti, 35% of them are Arabs of different origins, 9% of them are South Asian and 4% are Iranian.

US military bases in Kuwait

Joint Military Base

There is one joint military base in Kuwait, which is Ali Al Salem Air Base.

The Ali Al Salem Military Base is situated in Kuwait city. It is under the operation of the Kuwaiti Air Force along with the United States Air Force or USAF. This base is also called as The Rock, since it is made on an elevated ground, which is above the desert plains surrounding it. This base is the Frontline for Operation Southern Watch since it is located very close to the borders of Iraq. Several operations are performed in this base like combat support, ballistic missile defense, aeromedical evacuation, combat rescue, force protection and theatre airlift.

Army Bases

There are three army bases in Kuwait, which are Camp Arifjan Army Base, Camp Spearhead Army Base and Camp Virginia Army Base.

Camp Arifjan is located in the southern side of Kuwait City. This camp is essential to the military operations of the United States in the Southwest Asian Theatre. It is basically an army post, but it also hosts international troops, marine personnel, coast guard, navy and air force. In other words, soldiers who are going to Iraq or returning from there pass through this camp. This base also ground support for armoured vehicles and helicopters.

Details about the Camp Spearhead military base:
Camp Spearhead military base is established by the USA in Kuwait. Apart from being used entirely by the American, it was also used by the United Kingdom for the past couple of years. This camp is situated in Shuaiba, which is very close to Camp Patriot. Among the American troops, this camp is quite popular because of its excellent facilities. Since this base is very close to one of the largest ports of Kuwait, it forms part of the national strategic and military point. The port is important for the growing industry and the oil transportation of Kuwait. Out of twenty berths, four of them are used exclusively by container ships.

Camp Virginia is located in Al Jahara. This camp is different from other camps since it is quite simple as compared to the others. One can find supply depots, metallic frames, simple buildings and tents that are spread over a small area in the desert. The units hosted by the camp come from countries that are allied to the United States. Presently, there are soldiers from South Korea as well as from England. In the case of the US Troops, soldiers are from the US Army, the National Guard and the Marines. Two important companies that deal with security are the Delta Troops of Alaska and the Bravo. The escort operations are undertaken by the Delta Troops, whereas the repetitive actions like patrolling and maintenance of a safe perimeter are undertaken by the Bravo.
