Attorney Geoffrey G. Nathan of Boston Massachusetts has been practicing criminal defense law for 23 years and started his UCMJ career defending the first soldier (Jorge L. Diaz) prosecuted for premeditated murder arising out of combat duty in
operation Iraqi Freedom. This case was featured in the critically acclaimed

Mr. Nathan successfully sought sentencing clemency from the Army Clemency
and Parole Board (ACPB) for Diaz, and he represented several other soldiers
before the ACPB who were former clients of the firm. Mr. Nathan was
mentored by Attorney Michael Waddington in subsequent premeditated murder
cases and Mr. Nathan become experienced in all armed services review board
agency's for such matters as: correction of military records, discharge
review, grade determination review, appealing unfavorable information in
military records, Army Clemency and Parole Board, Army Corrections Command,
disability appeals, don't ask don't tell: The Don't Ask, Don't Tell (DADT)
policy concerning homosexual conduct in military service repealed by
Congress September 2011.

Soldiers who were discharged for Homosexual Conduct within the last 15 years can apply to the Army Discharge Review Board (ADRB) for a discharge review. If they were discharged for Homosexual Conduct more than 15 years ago, they can apply to the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR) for a discharge review, and, because of Mr. Nathan's zealous representation, reenlistment with back pay should be your goal in all matters. military detention facility at Ft. Leavenworth, KS, and as such is able to
